1994 under folio #17989 the company started operations at
Oranjestad, Aruba as a Sole Ownership Company "Eenmanszaak"
and changed its legal status to a Limited Liability Company (N.V)
during year 2003.
Opened a branch at San Nicolas during year 2000 in order to
attend our clients "pariba di brug" and finally moved all
operations to San Nicolas on July 2005.
Maralma Accounting Services N.V. Presently provides accounting
services to fifty-eight (58) local and six (6) foreign companies,
from private to large Multinational.
We have extended our staff, in order to guarantee personal
attention and prompt handling.
As the accountants of the San Nicolas Business Association, we
have committed to adjust our professional fees for particular tax
declarations, private company(s) (eenmanszaak) and N. V’s from
the district of Balashi to Seroe Colorado.
